Introducing the Esagono Cit-E-Fox

October 31, 2019

City Fox Electric Waste Vehicle

As the UK’s biggest exhibition on recycling and waste management, the RWM Exhibition serves as the most comprehensive platform for businesses engaged in waste recycling & management, and renewable energy.

RWM brings together companies involved in waste management, handling & logistics, machinery & equipment, data tech & services, and zero-emissions under one roof. The exhibition serves as the ideal stage for 500 exhibitors representing the sectors of energy, recycling, water and waste to showcase their innovative products and services.

Exhibitors and visitors discuss ideas and solutions for developing energy-efficient and eco-friendly products to protect the world from further environmental degradation.

As governments and environmentalists call for phasing out fossil fuel vehicles, RWM 2019 became one of the select trade shows displaying different brands of zero-emission electric vehicles. For instance, the Esagono Cit-E-Fox Electric Refuse Collection Vehicle exclusively promoted and supplied by Carryway, enabled waste management companies to appreciate first-hand their effectiveness in operating as energy-efficient vehicles.

Everything You Need to Know About the Esagono Cit-E-Fox

With an exhibition stand in the zero-emissions zone at RWM 2019, we introduced the Esagono Cit-E-Fox. We launched this brand new electric vehicle with the intention of promoting it as a zero-emissions waste collection vehicle.

The fully electric Esagono Cit-E-Fox has been designed meticulously, utilising state-of-the-art automobile engineering, enabling it to move through extremely tight spaces. This electric vehicle can effortlessly collect waste and rubbish from the narrowest of alleyways and lanes.

The Cit-E-Fox has amply demonstrated its capability in optimising waste management and minimising congestion in some of the most historic cities and towns in Europe.

Waste management companies can incorporate the Esagono Cit-E-Fox in their existing fleet of vehicles to good effect. The Cit-E-Fox makes it easy to clear away a great amount of waste without polluting the environment. At the same time, this electric vehicle can easily and safely find its way through crowded areas and narrow streets and lanes.

Manufactured by Esagono the Cit-E-Fox holds N1 street-legal classification, ensuring it it durable and safe for road use.

We are Authorised Dealers for the Esagono Cit-E-Fox in the UK

At Carryway, we take great pride in being the sole distributor of Esagono’s advanced zero-emissions electric vehicle for waste collection in the UK.

The electric vehicle features an ergonomically designed automotive-style and spacious cabin allowing the driver to sit comfortably and pilot the vehicle. It comes equipped with Rossi (1.9m3 or 2.6m3) waste tipper with an option for installing hydraulic bin lifts compatible with 360L, 240L, 120L, and 80L rubbish bins.

Waste management establishments across the UK can reap a host of benefits by including the Cit-E-Fox in their current fleet. For a start, the companies can look forward to accomplishing a higher operational efficiency – the Cit-E-Fox can travel up to 80 miles or 129 km on a single charge. The vehicle can carry up to a maximum of 585 kg of waste and has a maximum payload of 1,250kg.

By opting for the Cit-E-Fox, waste management businesses will find it easier to achieve their emission targets. Companies based in London will be able to make the most of this eco-friendly zero-emissions electric vehicle while using them in the city’s ULEZ (ultra-low-emissions zone). This versatile waste collection electric vehicle can comfortably access zones and localities which larger vans are unable to.

Paul Bush OBE – Director of Events, VisitScotland

The Carryway operation was run very professionally and smoothly and to a very high standard. Their knowledge and attention to detail with the complicated planning and logistics involved were exceptional; they were a pleasure to deal with and I can highly recommend their services.

Rachel Mitchell – Senior Manager for Golf Events, IMG Golf

It has been a delight to deal with Carryway, who were our Official Golf Buggy Supplier for The 2019 Solheim Cup. They combine efficient logistics with a professional approach to every aspect of delivery, and the equipment our event benefited from was both functional and stylish. A big thank you to a wonderful Partner.

Dave Player, Team Brit Racing – CEO

The Carryway buggy was a lifesaver – and that’s no exaggeration! We were racing in the Aston Martin Le Mans Festival, which is a 45 mins support race just before the start for the big 24hr race. Our garages were about 2km away so getting all our gear to/from the pitlane for the race was made so simple because of the buggy! And it would have taken (the team) ages to get there and back! We are enormously proud of our new buggy and the livery made for it. It helps us stand out and helps raise our profile, not to mention being an essential team donkey.”

Simon Widowson – Event Men

Thank you Carryway for supplying the buggy for us at Chatsworth this year. All went well and no issues at all – it was a definite improvement on the equipment supplied last year by a different company. Happy to use you again for next year .

Daryn Cochrane – Head of Golf & PGA Professional, The Westerwood Hotel & Golf Resort

Thank you for the excellent customer service that we recently received from Hugh Healy, Carryway Support. Hugh was very thorough and had excellent communications with us regarding our buggy fleet at The Westerwood Resort – nothing was too difficult for him.

Caring For Life / Charity – Carl Rayner

Our open day event is a very important day for us, and it makes life much easier to have a relationship with a company (Carryway) that we can rely on each year.

Carryway are always a pleasure to deal with and their drivers are always friendly and professional. It takes a little bit of worry out of my job knowing that I can rely on your good service.

Many thanks to the team, especially Adam who was friendly, helpful and professional.

Nick Rushworth – Golf Operations Director, MacDonald Linden Hall

It is a pleasure to work with Carryway, the service and support they provide has been first class. We originally signed up for 14 brand new buggies for one year to sample working with the company.

We were pleased with the service and the product provided and have since signed up for the next few seasons and hopefully with many more to come after that.
